  Good casual food, good ambiance, good coffee. I took the Pacific Bénédicte egg, supposed to be served with hashbrowns ans came with just normal baked potatoes... Good stop for a breakfast.

  Great place for breakfast when in town. Hard to find staff I imagine so not always open. I sure do like it when it's open, though. See you next time.

• Review of "Pacheedaht Campground" at Port Renfrew

  We camped (We reserved site #41) on the weekend of 2 June, 2017. We were 7: 5 adults, 1 teen and a 10 year old - in 3 tents. Our site was the perfect size for us. It was spotlessly clean when we arrived, a small pile of stones at hand so we could build our own fire ring where we wished, a picnic table (in great condition) and no trash laying about from previous campers. We stayed from Friday early afternoon to Sunday at check-out time. We left for awhile Saturday morning and when we returned ALL our belongings were where we left them- undisturbed - except for our small day's garbage bag which a bird got into (our fault for leaving it there when we left). We drove, later the same day, to Juan de Fuca Provincial Park and "did" the Botany Bay - Botanical Beach Loop hike. Again, upon our return, our site was intact and the belongings we left behind were undisturbed (we left no garbage bag this time!) . There were a few dogs about- every one was accompanied by their person, and posed no problem at all (not even barking at night). The Staff we encountered were friendly, welcoming and polite; we joked with them and shared a couple of laughs. Out of respect for their land, we asked could we set off a small rocket on the beach (on Saturday) and were given leave. Alas- Saturday proved too windy so we did not. There was water available (though we had brought our own just in case) - it was just a short walk away. When we arrived, the pit toilet nearest our site was very clean and DID NOT smell. I saw, on 3 separate occasions, a cleaning detail arrive, clean it and replenish supplies (as required). I am picky and was impressed. It was a lovely spot, we had a most enjoyable time and we will definitely camp there again and gladly recommend WITHOUT HESITATION Pacheedaht Campground to our friends and family.
